You know you work for a bottom feeder when:
1) SVPs of finance confidently says we always go down x%/year (instead of a one-time restructure like a normal company to align capital allocation with market opportunity)
2) SVPs of Print still think they 'run the company' despite secular market decline
3) An interim CEO for 9mo+ and no permanent in sight

Ernest is the problem and so is his executive leadership team who he handpicked to be his minions. They ruined supply chain and top talent is leaving elsewhere. Supply chain is a disaster under Ernest. Greenfield, Sierra, Shasta…. All poorly executed!! Infighting in supply chain management. Take note of who’s being hired and promoted…. They’re not the most qualified, they’re the ones who will just do as they’re told even if that means running the company into the ground, which is working marvelously right now .
@143 oh no! That would mean Ernest’s plan is falling apart… maybe a bit like his Greenfield strategy… but not fair. I mean he built his new CEO 5th floor lair in TEX and everything. Doesn’t his “self-selection” to be CEO count for something…I mean aside from belittling his EO leadership?!? Sorry little guy, guess the Board has other plans… or possibly a minimum height requirement.
