Seeing sudden manager calibrations and stack-ranking across ESG. Word is that notifications are hitting the first Wednesday of October to kick off Q4. Anyone else seeing this behavior or heard anything concrete from leadership?

@15c Yes, and he cut the whole EMEA support this year, they are moving to US and APJ 12 by 12 hours model.
Symantec and Carbon Black products do not have future in this company and this division will get diluted soon.
Managers already ranking
That isn’t how it works. Managers can’t rank, as they can’t think. Instead they pick favorites, just like the schoolyard.
