The commercial opens inside Verizon HQ, now transformed into a screaming rainbow customer-service wonderland. Every employee workstation shoots sparkles, the elevators play disco, and Dan Schulman arrives in a rhinestone Verizon uniform paired with a above-knee length pink plaid kilt aboard a glitter-covered service cart. He blares “Customers, today we’re showing you exactly how Verizon serves!”
Suddenly the Ambiguously G-y Duo swoop overhead then struts through Customer Care, leather daddies run Network Operations, bears staff Tech Support, drag queens manage Retail, twinks roller-skate through Finance, and a chorus of sequined cowboys keeps chanting “FULL BARS! FULL SERVICE!” Every solved customer problem causes another rainbow to blast across the ceiling.
Dan reaches the Customer Satisfaction Station, where Alfonso wheels out an enormous ceremonial pineapple labeled CUSTOMER FEEDBACK. Dan takes one look at it and yells, “OH COME ON, THIS ISN’T LITTLE NICKY!” Smash cut to Dan waddling painfully back into the office afterward while everyone erupts in applause and a drag queen announces, “Now THAT is commitment to the customer.”
The entire workforce erupts into a glitter-soaked disco finale as Dan climbs onto a giant Verizon checkmark and declares, “At we don’t just serve customers. We SERVE customers, sweetheart!” Rainbow fireworks explode while the screen flashes: FULL BARS. FULL SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS."
