In Spain, we are still waiting for the second round
Dates are not known as far as I know. Everything needs to go through work council and legislative of each country.
This is predicting the Sun will come up tomorrow. Doesn't take massive insight
Any layoffs will likely require a consultation period and other legal processes.
It's unlikely anyone would get a 6am email and same day termination.
