nothing to say about layoffs as there are none. i am an account mgr (gov't). i think it really depends on who leads you and the person that's leading my group is a great mentor and she cares. nothing else to add here, good benefits, stable company and highly recommended for anyone that's looking for a meningful job in a very stable company. again, no layoffs that i am aware off. w-w-grainger
