Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

How realistic is this?

Intel is leading chip gains. A top analyst sees the stock hitting $200 in two years

No external customer for Intel 18A and 14A. If you have any common sense, you will know no one wants to work with the cheating Intel. No one wants to be threatened by the government.

Many engineers know Intel Foundry is not working from circuit design to manufacturing. You can cheat for 1 year, 2 years, even 4 years when Trump is in office. But you can not cheat forever.

@OP The race to $500 is on.

It's not even about the products. It is about IFS picking up external customers, plus whatever is happening with the Ohio site.

A remarkable turnaround, although 2026 to 2027 was always the (management) stated timeframe for IFS to become a real external foundry.

Time to buy the dip, before it rips!

Forget about the Indy 500, this is the INTC $500.

Make sure to pay your debts on time Intel. We will increase interest charge percent % and penalties if you don't pay on time. That is all we care for now.

Where are recovery stories? You cannot lead when you are still in life support with recovery efforts.

@OP way higher and much sooner.

Some say $500, but that would only be if the market is even more vertical..ererer.

If the SK Hynix deal happens, and especially if they are paying to outfit the Ohio site, then that removes the IFS losses. External customers by all accounts are lining up for 14a.

The company continues to shed lagging products and excess capacity, so the cost side is improving just as the revenue side is about to shoot much higher.

The trolls can't math.

A company that loses several billions of dollars every quarter is leading in gains? LMAO
It's leading in loses.
Which is why it has layoffs every quarter, including in the most important departments.

Connect the two dots.

With the government interest, I think anything is possible if company can actually keep up wirh production and changing landscape. Management has to get a handle on reality though for that to happen.
