Actually this is the story. listen up. over 2 years ago Capone setup offices in Mexico City, Mexico to hire 1,500 employees. In fact, Capone was sending recruiters to bars in Tijuana to recruit for high tech employees.
This is what happened. Indians from India were getting visas to work in Mexico from the Mexican government to take the high tech jobs that Mexicans weren't qualified to do.
