Small group calls with the new VP Nisha for the employees to ask questions and express concerns.
PDO layoffs are very likely early next year most areas are already very overstaffed and there is a long list of automation and AI projects that will go live by end of this year. Also they are pushing for even more off-shoring.
Lots of managers have told their teams to start looking for something else.
