6mil is nothing in this day and age, given that those folks might have large number of stocks.

Not saying they are not tying to capatilze on high price selling or that you are wrong.

But those sales are scheduled with the SEC months if not years in advance. When you are that level you are not allowed to sell company stock wi--y-nilly. The stock could have crashed below their strike point and by law they still would have had to sell. People put too much into this.
