Fiserv has too many SVPs reporting to SVPs and VPs reporting to VPs and none have enough direct reports or work output to justify their pay packages. Fiserv needs to flatten the organization at the management level and expand at the production level employees
They have notoriously raised titles within positions to justify more money for those they want to keep..they can do whatever they want. Such as director to sr director….I never felt bad as stock dropped.. tough.. most never had hundreds of stock allowed to them..

What is the clear difference between a Director and a V.P. ? Do the VPs contribute that matches to their compensation package ??? There are many VPs that can't even speak to 10 folks as a group in a commanding way... VPs ??
Too many VPs and SVPs with high compensation packages, Fiserv agrees, you could have typed in lower case for easy readability for all.
