Cheap labor, offshore jobs, no bonuses — the whole corporate starter pack. The logic seems to be: ‘Hey, a dollar feeds someone for a day over there, so why pay more?’ Absolutely genius… if the goal is a race to the bottom. Don't forget security breaches in motherland.

@a2 Are you actually on an H-1B, or is this another episode of “Look Busy on Teams While Watching Videos from Back Home”? Either way, the commitment to the late-night Teams lifestyle is impressive.
WF has so many H-1B filings that walking into some NJ, NC, or AZ offices can feel like Corporate America accidentally outsourced the office without changing the sign on the door. The demographics have changed dramatically—at work and in plenty of communities outside of work—and pretending otherwise requires some serious corporate-grade denial.
But hey, as long as the Teams status says “Available,” I guess everything is perfectly onshore. 😂
