If you change positions internally, does this affect your bonus?
Say if you move in October, is the bonus reduced or anything like that????

It's calculated based on your weighted average salary of the entire year. So if your got a huge raise but you joined in December, your bonus will based largely on your old salary, if that makes sense.
Yeah, and if you’re transferring into a promotion
in the middle of the year I think they prorate the bonus calculation so you get some of what you’re due at that level. Either way your new/old managers are supposed to work everything out, but depending on the people involved, your old boss might not be as engaged.
