But now the workload has became ridiculous and I no longer feel like anyone is listening when I raise concerns about it. The culture has also deteriorated drastically, to the point where it's unrecognizable. Such a shame how much this place changed.

@aa This results in Systemic cultural nepotism that remains unaddressed and deeply entrenched, reinforced by a rigid social hierarchy that resists any meaningful reform. Because those who exit are simply relieved to escape the toxic blame and caste culture.

it is because 99 percent of the employees are from india. If one culture and nationality takes over the place, the former culture will no longer exist. Same thing happened to TSYS.
