The stock has been buried to lows and im wondering why Nike just doesn’t buy our company?

@OP , be careful what you wish for. NIKE may be having some issues, according to the amount of TheLayoff Threads. Currently, NIKE has 137 pages of active threads since March 15, 2013. NKE Short Interest has been steadily increasing.
