Its all about the money, no care for staff. Its just a matter of time before other teams are cut again.
@rh pretty much all of them! Only 4 teams with exist: Release, Deploy & Support; Compute & Security; Workplace; Access & Connectivity.
So which NIT teams were hit the hardest?
@k9 that director I believe has been known to tell her direct reports that if they don't like how Aldi does things that they can leave, so while I never like hearing about people losing their jobs....karma is the guy on the chiefs
Vice President (ET) for NIT is retiring, position also being eliminated IT teams being eliminated, EDI down to 3 members
@kc CI also being cut again - 2 dir and 4 managers to go, no more tech analysts unless they step down
GB NIT is being cut from 166 to 39. No MD role, 2 Directors only, no more specialists, all managers at risk too. Starts 31st March for non critical teams.

Director of Buying role being eliminated.
