A lot of experienced employees were pushed out, and now the company is relying on people who don't know the customers or the business nearly as well. How long is it going to take them to realize that saving money on payroll always results in the quality of the work suffering?

Yeah I know what you mean about Teams and email responses... they have a kiddo here, awarded Peak, yet he never reads emails and doesn't respond to Teams messages... unsure, what work he is doing that he has no time to read Teams & emails, and respond?

@cj Especially the directors who come in and are too scared to hire people who are smarter than they are.
The smart and experienced people make too much noise, directors expect everyone to give positive feedback all the time and cope no matter how re--rded the directions are.

And because of the BS and lack of employee appreciation: employable people are leaving and the unemployable are taking over. We will soon be a company of unemployable, lazy people.
They got rid of the good ones and kept the lazy ones. That's for sure! The good ones will actually respnd to emails ... while the lazy ones, who only breath oxygen and expel CO2, never, ever reply to email or Teams requests.
