There is most definitely high turnover in the SM position. There are weekly emails about a new opening. I do believe when the bonus hits it will bump up even more
For the most part the only so called store managers left are overpaid cashiers that I wouldn't hire if it was my business for anything. Some say they work hard and put up with a lot. Yet get bonus' yet people in the store do most the work...too funny. Yet they stay..oh for the bonus then leave? Ya right they will leave only when they are pushed out. Just keep pushing those immunizations.... to keep your community healthy? Just like selling cigarettes too...right. Say it the way it is...at least be honest about it.
If you think they’re leaving in droves now, wait until bonuses hit in November. That’s the only reason many are hanging on right now.
Aren’t Walgreens employees usually leaving in droves? They just hire new desperate people that can’t believe it’s as bad as they’ve heard. Walgreens has been high turnover for some time now. Sycamore only cares about the return on their investment so that’s not gonna change.
Considering what store managers have to endure on a daily basis, the pay is dismal! Does Sycamore care about the overwhelming store manager conditions and turnover? I am asking because I was a successful tier 4 store manager for many years and I left Walgreens for these very reasons!
