Our HR leader’s 30+ strategy deck makes no sense. Gibberish. No wonder employees are not valued or recognized. There is no strategy.

ChatGPT isn't great at making scripts yet, but it's great at encouraging the popular people with little skills. Sadly the entirety of Nike is just yes men and mean girls who have no idea how things really work but are good at sports and being part of a clique.
When employees feel like disposable trash, is going to be difficult to achieve the culture change needed to turn things around. When you sell your soul to vendors because they can ‘manage’ stuff cheaply, anyone with a brain sees the reality. They’re not many or doing anything - just trying to hold on to what they have, not disrupt the stats quo (everything is ‘green’ status), and fill as many seats as possible, promote as many of their own people as possible, etc. Culture isn’t just dying, it’s been taken over, an infection that keeps spreading. Want to fix it? Give a sh-t about your employees. Train them, listen to them, and get rid of the cash su-king vampire vendors that only care about one thing: $$$$$$
You lost me at “HR” and “leader” in same sentence….
True. The current HRLT pride themselves in being strategic visionaries. What a joke!! Deck generators!
