If there are cuts, I'll be happy to volunteer. I hope they give us that option.

If you "volunteer" they won't give you severance right? How to engineer your own layoff (but not quitting or getting fired for cause)

@b5 THIS. I would give about 6 months to a year to find the one you want. Q4 cuts across tech industry are coming as part of their normal cycles (think big tech, then downward spout). Sounds like Comcast is lining up for a significant reduction this year.
@OP Same here! Sign me up. They should offer voluntary severance packages
@b5 it’s tough but not impossible. I landed a role in a month back in August paying about 10% more than what Comcast was paying
