I remember when getting hired here felt like a true start of a real career. You could move into different roles, get regular raises, earn promotions, and actually believe you'd have a future here. People stayed because there was something worth staying for. These days, that kind of loyalty doesn't seem to mean much to leadership.

Donald Trump.
What happened? Michael Neidorff passed away and they let a buffoon take over...
Jokes on us.. I completely agree. Unless you can do vendor management and handle offshore people you won’t go anywhere. Current leadership throughout Centene are in the mode of low labor cost and make it the vendor problem so they can point a finger at someone else. Leadership is not investing in the people anymore. Do not expect equity adjustments, promotions, mentoring, or staffing to support workload. Welcome to the sweatshop. We have incompetent leadership in roles that shouldn’t be. They are supporting products they do not understand. Product org is a joke here because it does not exit but by title.
It doesn’t mean anything anymore and that’s why I took the VSP after 20+ years.
