With Amazon's recent announcement of investing 230 million in pay and benefit increases I bet Robin and the EC team will feel some pressure to also increase benefits.

Everything either goes to the bottom or to the top while the middle employees have been sc--wed 5-6 times now since the first adjustments when the tax cut and jobs act came around in Trumps first term. The only thing us in the middle got was an increase in hours for the week at the same pay then management trying to tell everyone it wasn't a pay cut just an adjustment of the pay per hour on our check stubs. Fast forward to now with an additional 4-5 increases to the bottom of the pay scale has brought the middle to the starting line. Well i guess if anything the next change for the bottom may actually be enough to hit what used to be the middle not long ago to be the new bottom.

BNY has 44,000.
One a 1:1 basis Robin is already giving more than $144 per employee. You are giving him ideas to cut that to match Amazon. LOL!
And honestly, the only ‘pressure’ here on out EC is to fire and cut benefits for way more employees
The only trickle down we should expect is before and after the free Starbucks coffee.
