They pause the discretionary staff stock in March . Is it going to distribute after N4 finalize? Is it happening in Oct ?

They paused issuing new ones out or paused vesting the ones that have been granted and waited their wait period?
They moved it to save cash on the ones they RIF. There is one more RIF coming this year before year end so my guess is we wont see stock till December
