It's sad how companies don't want to see why all the easy roles like testing etc. are going to H1b or H4 EADs... but then calling people useless, taking away our fair chances to give them to friends and relatives, and then blaming us is not right.

You do realize that companies can bypass H1B and all by simply posting jobs oversees? Verizon now has offshore teams handling all these tasks that used to be within US
They use to hire and uses the easy or lower end stuff to train new hires and train and groom for more complicated postions.

They are hired because they are cheap. The same not H1 holders are the ones pursuing it.

Based on the thousands of hard-working Americans currently unemployed, there is no valid reason for these visas to exist. Only federal legislation will solve the problem. Unfortunately, most of these spineless politicians in Congress are beholden to the very corporations that use these visas to suppress wages and discriminate against US citizens.
Stop hiring H1b and H4 EAD contractors for tester or other easy roles, then you will see how incapable this ( Indian mafia)current system is.
