I've never worked somewhere where so many decisions seem to make absolutely no sense. People will point out obvious problems with their reasoning and leadership just keeps going anyway. The latest VSPs and involuntary layoffs combo are the best example. We're being run by id--ts.

I have never seen a company crumble as fast as this one with the change of leadership in such a short time.
@OP I have felt that way since o joined centene and when I was laid off. Only 1 on my team. No I was not on a pip. Never had been. Top producer.
It's become the new normal for people at the top to have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Every decision making is based on covering their own a-s and deferring the responsibility to someone else.
What you see as a bad decision, others see as a feature. That’s the problem with Healthcare, it makes sense if you are in a position to profit off of the “bad decision”. They are not “id--ts” they are opportunists who don’t really care if Healthcare is fixed, as long as the 💰 keeps coming.
