Has anyone heard?

@eq Well, then we aren't selling any gale... !!! lol maybe next year
@am correct. And if the humanities reps are not meeting the librarians in Sept and Oct, you can forget any Gales sales happening.
@OP People asking whether non‑sales personnel will get bonuses in 2027 must not understand how this company operates. With sales in the dump and the POD structure creating absolute chaos, bonuses are going to be manipulated harder than anything we’ve seen before.
Let’s start with the obvious:
Reps who won business in February, March, and April were moved to different disciplines during the May 1st reorg. That means the wins they earned, the wins they worked for , aren’t even being credited to them.
And you think non‑sales teams are getting bonuses?
Come on.
This company has a long history of manipulating final sales numbers to protect leadership optics. But this year is different. This year is worse. This year is the perfect storm:
Territories were blown up with no historical revenue data.
Reps were handed new disciplines with zero transparency on what those areas produced last year.
Customer Success is drowning in lost adoptions.
IA/EA programs are being squeezed with massive price hikes to artificially inflate revenue.
Tableau, EA/IA reports, and adoption dashboards , the tools we use to verify numbers , were pulled.
When leadership removes every tool employees use to validate performance, that’s not an accident.
That’s intentional opacity.
That’s preparation for manipulation.
In my pod alone:
One rep covers Social Science + ELT + Gale and has no clue what ELT or Gale generated last year.
Another rep covers Business + Healthcare + Trades and still hasn’t been told what those areas produced or whether any takeaways were won.
How do you hit targets when leadership won’t even tell you what your territory is worth?
You don’t.
And they know you won’t.
That’s why they’re already setting up the narrative:
‘Targets were ambitious.’
‘Territories were new.’
‘We’re still stabilizing.’
‘We’re still aligning data.’
Translation:
They’re going to cheat the numbers.
More aggressively than ever.
Because the losses are too big to hide any other way.
And let’s be clear , the massive price hikes (like MindTap going from $56 to $105) aren’t strategy. They’re revenue patchwork designed to plug holes before Apollo starts asking questions.
So bonuses in 2027?
For non‑sales?
For sales?
For anyone?
Expect the same manipulation as past years , just amplified, uglier, and more desperate.
Because the Executive Team doesn’t care about fairness, accuracy, or transparency.
They care about decreasing the huge losses and protecting IPO optics.
Everything else is collateral damage
