@OP shows the absolute idiocy that is embedded at the individual level at Wells. If someone addresses anything it’s “empty and shallow”, if it isn’t addressed it’s “HOW CAN YOU IGNORE THIS!!!??” Meanwhile the complainer can’t be bothered to know factually if their complaint either way is valid.
