Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

it is foolish

for you to wait around for things to improve. They won't.

The job market is improving. Do not wait for the company to force your hand.

The job markets never been bad unless you're expecting to make WF money, have WF benefits and dont have to go to work, in which case you're gonna be looking for a while.

Shart is drunk posting again. I'll leave buddy, all you have to do is write a year's worth of severance checks first. It's really not that hard. I'm not leaving for free when someone will pay me to do it.

@OP Are you high on crack? The job market is brutal. Thousands of people are losing their jobs to AI and this is only the beginning.

The job market isn’t improving. It's a hard as it's ever been out there.

From what I’ve seen, the only place hiring is the government’s merry band of thieves.

completely wrong let wells fargo pay you for every miserable year that you were at wells fargo. Make wells fargo pay every chance you get.
Let the BOA and BONY rejects crash technolgy and purchase stuff , let their d-mb xss architects ruin the infrastructure.

If you are correct and the job market is indeed improving, holding on for a few months is a solid play. Right about the time notice period ends, offers should start showing up and double-dipping becomes possible.

It's exactly what I'm counting on with my maximum severance.
