@am well the disclosure doesn't prove nondiscrimination though. It provides data that could either support or undermine an allegation of age discrimination.
When I was laid off I was shown a list of sites and ages to prove no specific groups were targeted. In order to protect my severance and other exit benefits I agreed to not talk about the event. By telling you where I worked, in what department, and my length of service I’m letting HR snoops know exactly who I am. Do either you’re an HR snoop trying to gotcha people or you’re not appreciative of the situation people are in. Wake up.
