Seriously this guy is the worst leader. He’s leaving the management up to everyone else, and everyone has the same questions. You would think that after a layoff he would get up in front of the company and talk about the next steps. Get everyone excited again.

Very sad and disappointed to see the fate of the company and it's employees at the hands of the current CEO, management and board. Pretty much hopeless now about my career prospects inside the company and finding a new job is a daunting prospect in this market, although am trying. The mistake was bringing an outsider after Dan's departure which opened the floodgates to outsiders in leadership at expense of tenured employees. These outsiders had no clue about the company's capabilities and challenges and have driven an institution to the ground.
