Ruiz Foods has announced another round of layoffs affecting 176 employees at its Dinuba, California facility. This marks the second such reduction in California since the company relocated its headquarters to Texas two years ago. The company cited a need to align production capacity with anticipated customer demand as the reason for the decision. Despite these layoffs, the Dinuba plant will remain operational and is considered a critical part of Ruiz Foods' manufacturing network. This follows a previous layoff of 215 employees at a Tulare facility.
