There are several examples of people telling the board lies to further their career and then dumping it on other people to either try make it work or take the fall when the truth comes out. Sadly there is zero accountability for those who told the lies. The organization is currently tieing itself into knots to try make some things work that were big time oversold.

Trust is hard to build and easy to lose in this space.

“ It has a range of current applications, including wind turbine components, coating subsea pipelines, rebar, automotive parts, and industrial coatings.”
Ask yourself how many wind turbines, subsea pipelines, rebars, automotive parts, and industrial projects have used PROXXIMA to date.
Totally overpromised and under delivered. But hey someone got their promotion and RSU awards for the lies I am sure. The right person will be blamed and they will move onto the next lie.
I work in P&S. Everything too the board is exaggerated BS to make the L1 and L2 look good.
What are the examples?
