@az not true. You become ineligible for grants the moment you are notified. Grants and payouts are two different things. Anything already granted is paid. Prorated for non-retirement eligible, fully vested otherwise.
@ap too late for that, you'd have to be off book by end of September. Grants will be issued. If rif'd, the RSU will paid out prorated, full if retirement eligible.
They're waiting for a big RIF to get those impacted employees off payroll before they announce
The lack of basic comprehension on this page is unreal. Or it's just click bait....there is no payout in October. This was just discussed in a thread below.
@a6 i reached out to HR answers and they said “they would have more info closer to October 1st” i thought to myself well that’s only 3 weeks away so cutting it close are they?
Its kinda strange they would say hey we got something in the works... then in April they say October. Well its now September 5 months later and havent heard any news. Its almost like they want us to forget about it.
Payouts are in March. October is a "supposed" grant. If you really believe it will happen the way it was presented, well, I don't know what else there is to say.
