Hope atleast they would balance the layoffs between H1Bs and Citizens proportionately..

Lay-offs or still ongoing. I really want to call I.C.E. on the company because the entire company is filled with people from India especially in the Alpharetta location. Something is not right with this company

You / we have been conditioned to accept these foreign soil workers here on visa programs as equals, they are not. Just because corporations get away with replacing American workers does not make it legal or the standard. Do not accept the low bar, the corporations will eventually feel the backlash.
We had layoffs Tuesday and Wednesday in Marietta and other locations. Hopefully this round is over with?
My guess is they plan to have most done before the big town hall meeting next week
@a7 3,000 is the minimum and as usual it’s US people getting most of the layoffs. So many terrible VP and SVPs

So by that logic, ALL layoffs should be 100% H1B until they run out of them entirely, and then only would they start to lay off Citizens....
@OP And yes, your offshore workforce has diluted the employee / employer relationship. Hiring employees for pure economic reasons means you've abandoned your customers. Customer service provided by "race to the bottom" employee expense is evident everyday. Your greed is apparent and proven by the FD merger takeover and FB cash grab.
What a terrible mindset provided by your employer. People in fear and uncertainty trying to live their lives, and you expect dedicated, quality work from them? As an employer you deserve the worst. To he-l with your KPIs. Your employees, those who have any self-respect, have one foot out the door.
