I normally get my check on Thursday but did not receive it today. Anyone know if they do something weird with the last check? I can usually see deposits 2-3 days in advance and I see nothing incoming.

It was put in as a 0 hour check. Payroll apologized and I have it now. What a mess!
If you were laid off, the person who informed you should have told you about final pay and when/how you would receive it. Your final pay could be a real check mailed to the address on file even though your prior pay was direct deposit. And it could be sent later than you think. Final-pay laws vary by state. As another poster suggested, contact the payroll dept.
I didn’t see the deposit yesterday, but it’s there now. It’s not even a full paycheck.

I left l3harris when my first social security check was due to be received. That day my health insurance was cancelled and I also had to wait for my last check. You might not get anything now. It’s a cheap company. Glad I already retired from a major telecommunications company that knows how to make money. Seems L3harris acts like they’re broke and would rather not pay you even though you show up everyday and try to maintain their glitchy comm equipment that won’t work half the time. The telecom equipment used in the FTI contract is outdated junk, everyone knows it.
I was Accounts Payable for 8yrs. They are not financially stable. Currently the only way this company is going to stay afloat is to layoff or sell assets. I am mentally healing from the toxic environment I was exposed to. 30 yrs in Finance, worst 8yrs of my life. I learned a lot with my mask on.
@OP Your check and thousands of your colleagues was deposited into SM’s bank account.
If you had direct deposit when you were employed, then your last check would be direct deposited as well. It’s likely that things are a day behind because of the Labor Day holiday on Monday. If you don’t see anything tomorrow then contact payroll@l3harris.com
