Sorry , that happened in thé past . For exemple , Oracle closed customer support centers in Europe , Australia and Africa. And some of them in adua. These customer represent around 40% of support revenues. That means european customers have to deal with engineers with different mindset and different languages . It will be interesting if Oracle is bought by an german rich man where all thé support center will be in Germany and india even for us customer and in german language.
