i really dont have anything to report but i can tell you that the amount of stress my team is going thru is tremendous.
i've never seen anything like this and i've been around 10+ years. i think the uncertainty is the biggest culprit here and on top of this everyone wants things to be done yesterday and we've lost people and the amount of work went up.
i dont think this can be sustained.
@OP Never have I ever been so stressed and overwhelmed at the end of every single day that I shut down and took a nap. This is not sustainable and we should all be looking to get out. I'll put more effort in the job search than I will taking on extra work hoping it will be rewarded at some point. Here's a word for leadership: reciprocity.
Agreed! I was signing on 30-40 min early, working through lunch for what now? Leaders in AZ are not talking about this at all. Business as usual, really? As I just watched some damn good people get ISPd Friday with no goodbye or acknowledgement. No more , you'll get what you gave to us. Lots of chaos, lack of accountability or direction, no sense of urgency for any of our membership. Sinking ship and I want out ASAP. AZ leaders are a joke and "know nothing " then why are you still here?

Yup that’s all Sarah London, but she didn’t do this the right way. I feel like it’s the uncertainty of this company. People are working hard here while C-Suites have no care in the world and probably fu--ing each other
