@gt you’re correct. Leadership is leading this company to be split and sold off. This will be considered a failure to nearly all employees and a win to those receiving a huge payout at the top.
Do they care anything about the USA workers? We have lost too many excellent colleagues to India.
Why is anyone surprised or shocked by the news of layoffs at PEP ??? The company is in a slow d-e-a-t-h spiral so layoffs are to be expected ? Everyone should be working on a Plan B to get off the Titanic.

@cz people have been laid off at this company on their birthdays, work anniversaries, sick days, bereavement days. Why would they care if it’s employee appreciation week?
