I have seen Indian managers hire various other nationalities. That is my anecdote.

100% true! I got laid off because I refused to be that one. He harassed me for few years and I reported to HR. Obviously I was laid off at the first opportunity after that.

India workforce is now experiencing the relentless cost pressure of AI. Millions of these low cost tech workers will not survive the job apocalypse. Nor should they.

OP seems to spot insecure ones who manage up by keeping control over information flow from the rank and file to the skip levels.

Once a B-player gets hired accidentally, they keep lowering the bar and expanding teams to keep control. This behavior has nothing to do with any specific group of people. The numbers do not justify quality or productivity, just head count and size of the mini-empires.

Do not post such things here. Indian media is all over this site and Reddit and will create authentic news videos for every one to consume.

@aa Caste/Casta is a Spanish word on family lineage. It is a term used to describe the ranking in race superiority of an individual based on their admixture - i.e. classify the children who were born as the result of Spanish/Portuguese/European men ra-ing African and Indigenous women in the Americas. Google Casta System you will be enlightened on how Spanish classified people. What do you think the term mestizo comes from?

@aa If they are so inefficient and useless why are companies hiring them? Most times the ones who make claims like this are demonstrating the Dunning-Kruger effect. He/she/they may be ineffective, but they are more effective than you. Better yourself instead of complaining so much.
