I know it's to micromanage us to death but the fact that we need a dozen apps to put cookies on the shelf is hysterical. This isn't some fancy job it's a simple physical job. Order cookies. Put cookies on shelf. It's ridiculous.

@OP want the real dirt talk to the once positive managers that jobs are being eliminated if you want the REAL behind the scenes. Tells a different story for managers that were hanging on and eating cr-p to stay but are now leaving and spilling

Second, I said I worked with a lot of great salespeople, I did not want to post all of the accomplishments, I have helped and learned from.
Third, Again from previous post I think Mondelez should let the salesperson and merchandisers, run with their territory, and creative
sales ideas.
Ok buddy. One salesman selling in two school busses. I’ll take the national guy selling in 2k school busses rather than the guy who one time did something.
I think Mondelez, needs to step back in time, and remember where they came from. It requires a little more than ordering cookies, and putting them on the shelf. In regards to owning these stores, when we walked in ,
Not saying it doesn’t exist now, but turn the stores back over to the reps.
Merchandisers, give them a the sales plan, and run with it. “Back in the day” I worked with some great sales people, One salesman, brought in two back -to-school buses, and made it into one bus, the store manager walked by, did a double take. Who knows those stores better, than Nabisco. And the people who take care of them.
They care about everything except getting product on the shelf. All the mondelez management is doing is shooting themselves in the foot.
