People that cant do, instead work in risk telling everyone how to fill out paperwork. Because there is no communication in risk either, you wont get the same answer twice. The org is rotten from the head down.

Risk is the most toxic group in the company. All the MDs are playing games and have no interest in managing risk. Risk leadership encourage this because it sustains their gig. CROs are waiting in the wings ready to step in when DF falls.
Can't wait for DF to hit his 6k number just in time for a major risk event to occur under a Democrat Administration.....Lizzie Warren will have his tiny ba--s for brunch on the Senate floor.

They won’t know risk if it hit them in the face. They fumble their way through everything. No strategy nor foresight. All different risk groups duplicating each other’s work. Why can’t it all be either in front line, interval testing and validation, or audit?

What “paperwork” are you filling out for risk? I’m genuinely curious. I’ve worked at this bank for 20 years and never had to fill out paperwork for risk.
They need to cut twice as many not to mention that I have noticed replacements exhibit significantly lower credentials and aptitude and I am not just referencing those overseas.
