@OP I think Chairman’s is a waste of money - was against it when they started it - thought that money should be given as raises to the SE’s and the reps who win can afford their own vaca - one year I make close to $700k as an account manager - just sayin’ it’s a lot of money spent on folks who already earned a lot of money. Recognition for sure at the sales meeting but….
Sales is part of the problem at Cisco...too much power and I have seen Sales actually do more harm to Cisco long term....sure the short term gains are great....but sc--wing over the customer by selling them a bunch of cr-p year after year and pi----g them off to the point where the customer goes with the competition...seen it. Just Greedy. And when that happens, the pretty little salesman goes sells for some other company and is just fine.

Also it's a pretty cool place, good food, relaxed vibe, travel in Business. Island is really great. Couldnt afford it myself.
