To XOM managers: I do not care who put you in those positions or how you got them. Just follow three basic rules, keep three zippers closed: your pocket, your mouth, your pants. Simple.

My manager is a walking violation of all: a loud mouth and a talent for burning money on useless trips and a pervert.
Also keep your kneepads and Vas---ne nearby.
And stop the micromanaging. We don’t need your “help” and weekly one on one meetings.
