As Sarah London explained to employees earlier this year, “When our membership shifts, we need to shift our organization accordingly.” Apparently that advice is now available to subsidiaries.
We wish Health Net success in its next chapter and remind it that access to its previous line of business will be terminated effective February 28, 2027. Consider adding this to the “impacted” pages “Mission Simplify: Transforming the businesses we serve, one exit at a time.”
Please return your badge, laptop, and PPO network before your last day.
Your remaining responsibilities will be transitioned to other carriers. Please document any institutional knowledge before departure, although nobody will read it until approximately three weeks after you're gone.
Your position will not be backfilled. Unless, of course, we discover six months from now that somebody still needed to do it.
