Boss just told us we can't work more than 8 hours a day. Like sometimes I would work an extra 20 minutes or so to finish a review and get OT for it. Now thats all done. Anybody else been told this or just my boss being a witch to get a higher bonus?

We have needed VP approval for OT since March and that is not going away anytime soon
We could no longer get OT in BH UM but in my new dept. our manager approves it. We have a LOT of work and didnt lose anyone to vsp/isp.
I wish, our department has been working 56 hours a week since March. They even offer a voluntary extra hour throughout the week on-top of the mandatory 10 hours.
No OT in my department either.
