Open letter to Takis

Dear Takis,

Many hardworking knowledgeable employees have quit due to remote work options. Some of the “special” people are allowed to work remote and move all over the country. So much for one Fiserv. The rest of the knowledge base is being laid off. Why don’t you remove some of the layers of VPs instead?
You are replacing qualified Americans with lower cost H1Bs. We are getting what you paid for… no knowledge garbage.

Please clean up the mess and make Fiserv great again.

Tons of special people get to work from home. The company literally changed the outlook display name to hide the fact that certain "Leaders" were hired to work from home. They were tired of people asking, "why do you get to work from home".

dear Takis, Fiserv is the worst stock ever.

Fiserv being a FinTech, yes it is related to IT Employees..

Fairness for all.. Please do not encourage/support the ongoing fraud in H1B hiring.. as a general hiring process, please vet all creds.. Even for the existing H1B employees.. fraud is rampant.. cheating the employer should be the grounds for dismissal.

And WHY the very long term Fiserv ( or a predecessor acquired by Fiserv ) loyalists with well established decent & professional employment history are being dismissed some or other way ??

Issue with their Age ? or the ongoing one clan's nepotism to bring only their guys with fake creds.. HR is not doing their job in conducting serious checks on this fraud.
