FIS is preparing of next wave of layoff before Oct 16. The target is to have lean middle management. Non technical managers in IT services are being consolidated. Each manager will have at least 2 teams. Next 30 days, the managers are asked to provide details of projects they handle.
The projected number is 1000 employees. This is last layoff event of 2026. After that- blackout period starts where there will be no changes due to holiday season.

Management are so fn useless it's unreal. They think while they sit in meetings all day trying to figure out how they're going to manipulate the 3 working people they have they're being strategic but they're just a bunch of useless ppl, so this cut can't come soon enough. They sit around literally day after day in meeting with each other and come out with no real plans, no solutions, no roadmaps and are getting paid more than a lot of their technical staff which is disgusting. Get rid of them.

Middle management is a target rich environment, but not as much as senior leadership. Allegedly, sales is producing new clients. New clients until they discover that this company cannot deliver.
Look at sales and sales management—especially sales management. They are Dynamics Trackers but they don’t know how to use it.
