saw a posting on a senior IC job that looks great, but then checked Glassdoor and it shows the CEO with a 39% approval rating. Also, 4 days in the office. WT? 🚩🚩🚩 How are things really over there? dumpster fire and don't even think about clicking apply, or not bad at all?

@OP baby girl. Our top 75 banks we compete with are in office 3-4 days a week. The top 75 insurance companies we compete with are in office 4-5 days a week.
This is a non-issue for the next few years for everyone in our sectors.
@h4 never have I ever once went to the layoff during a job hunt (especially without an offer), made a post, then went to seek out glass door CEO rating (our CEO has been here a year), and then come back to follow up.
This is some bot / weird behavior.
Ur the carpool poster aren’t you 🤣
Weird rage baiting post. It’s the same financial services company post pandemic- in an AI era you’d get anywhere else.
thanks for the additional insight. I didn't pursue. it was for a senior level technology role. the CEO approval rating on glassdoor was the big red flag
I’ll say what my boss always says. the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.
Aml is a dumpster fire. Its a cult in san antonio and supposedly theres manager/employee relations in phoenix, if you know what i mean.
Avoid usaa if you can. The technology is horrendous and bank is second rate…
Grass is always greener and I wouldn't let one troll response here dissuade you. Most who post here are toxic AF. It's a better place to work than most even though our CEO is pretty meh. If you're applying to work on the phones it's going to su-k because those jobs su-k in general. Good luck.
OP here - that comment actually tells me a lot. sounds like a solid AVOID. (read some of the other threads - seems like a dumpster fire). thx
lol this is absolute ragebait
