Well in Ford Credit customer service they hire every week from Panama and Mexico but mostly in Panama now and then fire U.S. workers. FORD hates U.S. Employees. BUT, they got what they deserved though because now the call volume stays with 85 to over 100 calls waiting daily with wait times no less than 50 minutes. Now they are having to get U.S workers to do overtime all day long due to their major f up. So they really did not save money after all and now more customer complaints about the wait time and foreign reps. Go figure.
