IBM isn't a tech company. It's a PE fund that buys and sells software companies from its portfolio along with a staff aug Indian bodyshop pretending to be a consulting firm.
Losing so many chances to be a leader and the major shareholders say nothing?
IBM is run by mediocre people, IBM keeps mediocre engineers. Overall, IBM is a very mediocre place for work and career advancement for young people.
