As for #2, they even took the Human out of Human Resources by outsourcing it to AI! 🤖
Humans are just so darned cumbersome! Pretty sure they’ve already started calling us “carbon based associates” at this point.

Leaders you got your raise last year and for some of you it was your first year and then decided to not give your employee raises!!! What a disgrace! We want our raises and not a 3-% we want what is owed to us to reflects inflation this time!!!

Amen!!! Taking money from hard working tax payers and managing the money yet taking $20 million pay for at least two of our leaders is absurd. Then sending all of our jobs to India and no pay raise??? Leader should be ashamed and American tax payers should standup!

@a2 Totally agree! If corporate executives were paid much reasonably closer pay to their workforce, as they then also “struggle” with the high rate if inflation, skyrocketing grocery store prices, rising gasoline prices, higher electricity bills, cost of car maintenance on lower grade vehicles, student costs for their children or themselves, housing costs whether that be for mortgage with higher interest rates or expensive apartment living, and costs of taking care of aging parents,

THEN more likely they would sympathize with the real struggles of regular real working people and maybe

THEN those same executives that before lived in a fantasy bubble completely void of understanding what real everyday people struggle with, maybe

THEN they would try harder to find ways to avoid mass layoffs and replacing American Citizens with cheaper non-American citizens.

As an aside, that $1 million for C-Suite Executives, we mean altogether, stock options included in that.
